The PHAUF trademark was created by LLC «Research and Production Enterprise «MICROSYSTEM»» in 2017 as part of the import substitution program in the field of air purification. The design of high-efficiency air filters was developed in accordance with the latest global trends by PHAUF technical specialists.

PHAUF is a trademark in the Russian Federation, where the production and vacuum packaging of high-efficiency HEPA and ULPA air filters is carried out in ISO 7 class cleanrooms. Quality control of the products is carried out on AFS-150 and ALF-114 test systems (TOPAS GmbH, Germany).
